Resilience Imperative Psychologists engaged Disko Designs to transform an existing corporate office into a calm, sensory-aware, and emotionally supportive environment for clients of all ages. The original tenancy presented as a standard commercial fit-out, heavy carpet tiles, stark LED panel lighting, and rigid geometry. By leaning into the subtle angles of the existing floorplate, the design response embraced an organic flow, softening sharp lines and guiding visitors gently through the space.
A key spatial transformation of the project, the yoga therapy room is designed for grounding, breathwork, and quiet movement. Walls were relocated to expand the space, and the palette was stripped back to essentials:
